Return & Replacement Policy
- We only process returns or replacements in case of a damaged product.
- To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must provide a 360° unboxing video as proof, showing the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
How to Request a Return or Replacement?
- Record a 360° unboxing video while opening your package.
- If the product is found damaged, share the video with our support team at shwetarchawla@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9210198867 within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our team will review the video and initiate a return or replacement if the claim is valid.
Important Notes:
- No requests will be accepted without an unboxing video.
- Minor packaging damages that do not affect product quality will not be considered for a return or replacement.
- If eligible, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed at our discretion.
